Refund Policy

This policy covers tickets purchased for The Joseph Gene — Business Symposium 2026, hosted by Phaneroo Ministries International, on 13 November 2026 at Phaneroo Grounds, Naguru, Kampala.

Tickets are non-refundable

Because seating is limited and confirmed on payment, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except as described below.

Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your seat to someone else. Email info@phaneroo.org with your ticket code and the new attendee's name before the event, and we'll update the record so the substitute attendee can check in.

If the event is cancelled or postponed

If Phaneroo Ministries International cancels the event outright, registrants will be offered a full refund. If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically carry over to the rescheduled date; if you're unable to attend on the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.

Payment errors

If you were charged more than once for the same registration, or charged in error, contact us and we'll investigate and refund any duplicate or erroneous charge.
